Zoom Fitness Sessions
The current zoom classes are Tpm bodyweight, skipping, core challenge ,push up challenge and stretching.
Tpm Bodyweight - This is a class based on bodyweight only which is designed to make you stronger, toned ,targets weight loss, improves your balance and generally puts you in a fantastic mood.
Skipping - A good way to improve your cardio, balance, stamina, agility, leg strength etc
Core Challenge - A 30 minute class where you will do exercises to strengthen your core muscles as well taking your core to an advanced level.
Push up Challenge - Here we will be simply doing basic push ups as well as doing a variety of different style push ups which will make your upper body very strong.
Stretching - Designed to make you more flexible as well as mobile. Stretching regularly will improve your muscle efficiency, reduce risk of injuries , improve your posture, increase your range of motion etc.
Online fitness clASSES
Monday - Tpm Fitness- light weight training (7.15pm to 8pm)
Wednesday - Stretching (6.30pm to 7.15pm)
Thursday - Tpm Bodyweight Fitness (6.30pm to 7.30pm)
Saturday - Stretching (11.15am to 12pm)
All classes above for just £50 a month or £10 per class.
